By opting in to a cleaning subscription, your system is automatically scheduled for professional panel cleaning, ensuring consistent performance over time. The service is seamlessly linked to your solar plant within the BELConnect app, giving you visibility and control while BEL handles the upkeep — so your solar investment stays protected and optimized.

BEL's solar cleaning service integrates with the BEL Connect app, so you always have visibility and control.
1. Cleaning, Built In
At the time of solar installation, simply opt in to a cleaning service subscription and let BEL handle the rest. Subscriptions are per plant, with automatic scheduling and token allocation.
2. Automatic Scheduling
Your cleanings are scheduled bi-monthly (two tokens per month), spaced two weeks apart, right after purchase.
3. Verified On-Site Cleaning
A certified cleaning supervisor visits your site, scans your virtual cleaning card, and performs the cleaning with industry-approved tools.
4. Confirm & Track
Once cleaning is complete, you receive:
- Completion confirmation inside the app
- A green checkmark confirmation screen
- Exportable cleaning history (PDF/CSV)
- Feedback option

Common questions about our solar panel cleaning service
You will be offered the option to avail your cleaning services as an add-on to your solar installation. Once you opt in, after installation your subscription is activated, and your cleanings are automatically scheduled.
Each subscription starts with two tokens per month per plant, scheduled a few weeks apart. If you don't use a token in a month, it will carry over to the next month.
Supervisors are assigned to your region or sub-region automatically by our NOC system, so you don't have to worry about managing this manually.
When the supervisor arrives onsite, they will scan your virtual cleaning card in the BEL Connect app. Your site's cleaning status and history will then update automatically.
Yes, you can skip a cleaning if needed, and the token will be carried over. Unused tokens will be tracked automatically in your app until they are used or reset.
Once your one-year subscription ends, the service is automatically deactivated. You will receive status notifications through the BEL Connect app. You can easily renew your subscription to continue uninterrupted service.
